DO NOT BUY ANY NEWER MODEL ACURA BEFORE READING THIS REVIEW! This review has more to do with the car than the dealer. We purchased a new RDX from the KC dealer and within a few months, the hands free, voice commands and other tech items quit working. We live in Wichita and took the vehicle in to Walser as the vehicle is clearly still under warranty. After 4 hours of investigating they said it was a "known" problem and they needed to order a part. A couple of weeks later we took the vehicle back in and after several hours we were told they did not have the part. Now over a month later, they tell

Unpleasant experiences. Bought my car here new and have had many issues with poor service in the service department. One guy even laughed when I mentioned all the repairs I had made because I loved my car so much. Sitting here now for 25 minutes after I got here a little early for the noon appointment. Just watch out there’s a service guy,I can name names later, that will try to sell you on tires because he says there’s a nail in your sidewall and you need a set of new tires. Took it to discount tire and they said yes there was a nail but it was stuck in between the treads and was not puncturing the tire and there was no leak either. They, Discount, stated tire tread and everything was fine.
