This is the worst Honda service center ever. And I'm from California. So I know crappy service centers. I'm also a girl and could've done better on my car then them. I just didn't have time. Very sad. I'll be getting a lawyer. Y'all should retire. Or take some classes to actually learn something. Total embarrassment to the Honda community.

I just can't trust these guys anymore, and I've been coming here for many years. I bought a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from this dealer less than 2 years ago. Two of the main issues:
1. I bought the Luxe Care package, but the interior was not cleaned prior to adding the Lux Care even though I was assured that they would vacuum the floor prior to applying the treatment.
2. The clear coat on the bumper began to peel during the warranty period. I came into the dealer not once but twice to ask them what was going on, but this was never addressed. They kept avoiding the issue! In fact I

I've was quoted a specific amount and now the manager is telling me the repairs are $400 more than what I approved. I've been told 4 different amounts but approved the lowest amount and that amount only. I am not happy with the communication of the people who work at this dealerships repair center. I took it to a dealership so I could avoid this. I guess dealerships are shady too!!!

Absolutely horrible experience. We called ahead of time to ensure a 2018 Honda Odyssey was available and set an appointment to see it. I was told the vehicle would be ready and waiting out front upon our arrival. When my wife and I arrived the vehicle was nowhere to be found. After some time had passed it was found parked behind another vehicle and had yet to be cleaned and inspected. The listing online shows the vehicle is certified pre-owned, which could not be true since it hadn't even been inspected. We were still interested in the vehicle and asked if they could bring the price

These guys deserve a 5 star rating for their swift service and great mannerisms. This was probably my 15th visit here in the last 3.5 years and it was nothing short of excellent. My husband and I were helped by Jeffrey this time around and he was amazing!
Their customer lounge is nice and cozy and has some great Roasterie air roasted coffee alongwith some snacks and fresh fruits but we miss their freshly made chicken sandwiches that were available up till last year. They were really delicious! Nevertheless, we've always had great customer service here at this location.

I've had great experiences getting my Honda fit serviced here. Their shuttle has picked me up from work in the crossroads, which is very convenient. The customer support has always been great. They're good about calling when they say they will and providing accurate time frames for how long your service will take. I used to be wary of bringing my car to the dealership for repair/service, but I trust Jay Wolfe Honda!

My wife took our 2008 Ridgeline to Jay Wolfe for an oil change. She was told that the transmission fluid was "filthy" and needed to be changed and that along with the transmission fluid the differential fluid should be changed as well. Total for this service would have been about $300.

Jay Wolfe has a great service department with excellent customer service! Employees are friendly & informative and do not pressure you into more service than you want at the time. They even take my dealer coupons from my dealer in Omaha where I purchased my Honda.
Jay Wolfe have a large customer lounge with complimentary food & beverages. A small play area is attached to the lounge so kids can be entertained as well. I highly recommend Jay Wolfe parts & service department!

I am starting to think that all dealers don't care once you buy your car and will do anything to get out of fixing any issues you may have. I bought my car at another dealer, but Jay Wolfe is the closest to where I live. My first visit was due to the plastic on the bottom of my car coming loose. The guy I initially spoke to insisted it was my fault. He said being there were scratches on it that indicated that I ran into something like a curb. The lounge is the only good part of this place. The service advisor was not very friendly and It seemed like I was bothering him.
I have been here many times in the past but will probably look to other places for service and when I need to buy a car.
Despite making an appointment many weeks in advanced with a description of what is wrong, I was told they did not have the part and would need to come back again.
Glad I did not do the diagnostic as this would have been a waste of money -- and more importantly a HUGE waste of time.

103rd street location. 93 degrees outside. 1:20pm on Saturday July 16, 2016 - the dealership was NOT busy. We walked the ENTIRE used car lot. FOUR staff members within eyeshot, not a single one acknowledged us.
