Overall I am VERY pleased with my experience with buying my Jeep. I did all my homework before going to the dealership in the way of looking at a Gladiator, get the financing I was wanting and I started the process online, with Rae following up with a phone call to answer all my questions. To say Rae bent over backwards to accommodate me with my questions and concerns is an understatement. I was VERY picky on what I was wanting, and what I was going to pay. 10 out 10 experience at Reed Jeep of Kansas City. Took my 2016 Jeep Wrangler in for service when the check engine light came on. We loved our recent vehicle leasing experience at Reed Jeep. Montell took great care of us, working with our tight schedules as well as accommodating for our 2 young children by sending us forms to complete online in advance of our appointment and honoring our appointment times and having the cars ready to test drive upon arrival. Working with the service representatives has always been a breeze. Last time I was in there was quite a bit that needed to be done on my car and they were up front with everything and even offered to put me in a loaner vehicle or drive me home if needed. The work was done faster than I thought it would and I have not had any issues since. I am very pleased with their service. I worked with Nathan and it was a great experience!

I worked with Chris Jones. He was absolutely amazing. He showed us the truck multiple times. I was completely on the fence, he was patient and answered all of our questions. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Experienced the worst Customer service ever. To start I was looking into trading in my current car and purchasing a Jeep Wrangler. I had done tons of research and knew what to expect price wise and payment wise. After taking a look at my car, I was offered $2500-$3000 less than what everyone else was quoting. When I simply questioned it they basically told me my car was in terrible condition (which it was most def not) Then upon applying for financing I was told that there was no way I would get approved and that I should consider lower priced vehicles.
