My representative Jim Russell Jr. went above and beyond to keep me updated on the car during the 13 month wait from order to delivery. He would email, text, or call just about anytime I enquired, and he was also helpful in choosing options. On delivery he patiently explained all the things we needed to know. It's obvious Mr. Russell enjoys cars generally and Corvettes specifically and that joy comes through in his concierge-like style with customers. Thanks GM, Cable Dahmer and Jim Russell!

I have loved the vehicle I bought and they do a really good job when I take it in to get serviced. The reason I have given them a bad review is because I bought this car over a year ago and bought dent repair and 3M repair as well. The car came with damaged 3M and a dent and along the way I have picked up a couple from parking lots. I have been given the runaround about the people they use to do these repairs and still to this day I have not been able to use the services I paid for. I am very annoyed that this company can’t seem to keep their word and do the repairs I need.

I appreciate when I got there early it wasn't quite 7am . Cable Dahmer still allowed me and other drivers to come in. I got my oil changed and it was a very quick service and I appreciated that very much. I was able to make it to work before 8am you guys do a wonderful job with Cable-Dahmer and I especially appreciate Vick Sangha he's always polite takes his time with me he's a exceptional employee.Five star Sevice

From the moment my 8.5 month old son and I arrived on the lot everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. We came looking for a larger SUV. I was greeted by Troy - a sales manager - He asked if I had certain vehicles I was interested in and I did. He arranged to have them brought over. I drove the 1st one and fell in love. Our salesman Josh T. Was amazing! Gave me all the details, extras etc. The whole process was great! My husband played hardball and the team at Cable Dahmer didn't flinch they gave us everything and more for my trade and working the deal! Would absolutely recommend to friends

Purchased a car on Saturday. Very easy process. Worked with Sammy he was awesome. Contacted me via text after the store was closed and had the car ready for me on Saturday to test drive. Even offered to let me test over the weekend. Once I realized I wanted the car I was out of there in about an hour. Finance guy was great to work with as well. Love the five year unlimited mileage warranty gives me piece of mind! Would definitely recommend this dealership.

I've had our vehicles serviced at Cable Dahmer for almost 10 years. I have always been satisfied with the value of their service. Whenever I've had an issue following any service it is addressed and resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. Recently, my service representative, Laura, went beyond my expectations by pursuing and getting approval for a $1,250 repair under my car's warranty that I didn't think was covered. Cable Dahmer has a Mark of Excellence, and for the life of me I can't figure out how. I have had a nightmare of a time purchasing a car, something that should be exciting. I have never experienced such a lack of customer service with an absolute disregard for their customers as I have with Cable Dahmer.
I came to Cable Dahmer in early May to test drive a used car. Only had 15k miles on it and the AC didn't work. Of course they would have that fixed and I'd buy it and be on my way. How laughable. Over a month passed before it was fixed and I was finally able to finally purchase the

It has been almost a year and I am absolutely in love with my car. Sammy was an absolute joy to work with, especially this being the first time I've purchased a vehicle. After confirming I would like to purchase the vehicle, we were sent back to their 'finance guy'. Was very nice at first, walking us through everything. After the small talk he got in to all the extra packages you could get through the dealership. Pay attention to the stars given. Probably the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately if you live in the area it's the only place you can get a vehicle. Their service department is crap. Like literal CRAP. Gave my vehicle back to me and each time it was still not fixed. Almost wrecked because of their poor work. When my warranty is up I'm getting service somewhere else. Proceed at your own risk.

Be wary of Cable Dahmer service. I took a truck into to have diagnose a "check engine" light. They charged me $130 to diagnose the issue and they told me the oil pump was out and that it would cost $3600 to replace it. I called other dealers and was told the price was from $1700 to $2200. I took the vehicle to McCarthy and they told me there. Was nothing big wrong with oil pump. This borders on "felony theft." Always verify prices if u have to use their service!!!!

Predatory advertising and entrapment. I also filled this out on better business bureau of Kansas City but apparently customer reviews do not impact their A+ rating so be guarded. I received a quote for a vehicle through a USAA/TrueCar car buying service. I did a test drive and was ready to finalize details like declining erroneous dealer offers. They moved the car to another lot and raised the price by 3000 dollars (10%). Calling it an "online error" two days after I showed interest. Wanted a 2020 Chevy 3500 Duramax, found it on their website, only one of a handful in the city. After MANY emails/calls from dealer we made an appt on Thursday to view the truck on Sat at 9am-gave them stock number, etc. Upon arrival, they immediately took our truck to "appraise" then proceed to tell us that the truck is at the Independence location but that took an hour and a half. Took my Rav 4 in for a state inspection. I had just purchased it used after having another mechanic look at it. They told me their was an exhaust leak. Then by the time I get it to another mechanic I had lost almost all my oil and coolant, car smoking, and barely made it to the mechanic. Radiator cap had melted to the radiator. I just cannot for the life of me understand how they didn't think to say hey! Your coolant and oil are low! I don't know much about cars but I got what I paid for to be sure. I'm not saying they caused the problem but it sure made me mad not to have been told

Fabulous check in. Fabulous service.

Had a bit of a personal issue w/ hot chili pepper in my eye, nice young human checked me in and pointed out the waiting area and very needed restroom.

Waiting area has a big display that tells you status of your service.

Recommended repairs were well explained. April Dobson, you rock.

Dealt with two Cable Dahmer locations over the course of three weeks. I had a great experience with the team at the Collision Center on 40 Hwy.. They were friendly, helpful and professional.

I have had a long relationship with the location at 103rd. Zach over there worked with me to help me get into a new vehicle after my other car was totaled. Zach was patient, professional and great to work with. Tell him I sent you. He's great.

I've been to Cable Dahmer Chevrolet 3 times in the year and a half I've owned this vehicle (Chev Silverado 2500 Diesel).

#1 - The first time found them to be expensive and they provided a long list of maintenance items they thought I needed. When I called back to get one of the services, there wasnt any record of the maintenance items they said I needed and I was told it wasnt needed afterall.

#2 - The 2nd time I made an appointment and left the truck, paying for an Uber to work because I'd missed their shuttle. They never got to my truck. I was told that they prioritize vehicles

I got my car the end of last year it was sold as is but they had check the car for to make sure everything will be ok and I should have no problems anytime soon but now my car is no longer working and it's nothing they can do about it, I feel like there snakes and they did not do the work they say they did because it should be no reason why my car is not working.
