My car was having an issue and I purchased it at Jay Wolfe and had a 3 year warranty on the vehicle. I took it in 3 separate times (over the span of a few weeks) and the issue was never resolved. The first two times they stated that they fixed the issue, but the car was still making the noise and the third time they stated that the issue wasn't covered under my warranty. I wasted so much time going back and forth there and nothing was ever solved. Would not recommend doing any business at this dealership

I have driven my Acura TSX for 12 years and decided to upgrade to a MDX Advance package. I was told that I had to accept these extra dealer packages that were added to the car. When we purchased our 2018 Acura, we were told that we had bumper to bumper coverage with the extended warranty. When we took our Acura in for service, we were charged $400.00 for computer upgrade to our transmission. I feel that the extended warranty should have covered it because the SUV didn't shift gears smoothly.

I purchased my car and the platinum warranty in 2015 (this is my 2nd Acura from Jay Wolfe). I've had to replace the battery 3x in 5 years. The 2nd one was replaced under the warranty, but 30,000 miles and 2 years later they refused to replace what they again say is a faulty battery under the warranty BUT if I buy a battery for $200 they will cover that battery for 100 months. It makes zero sense. Wait is always longer than I'm told. Not friendly to women.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Took my TL in for service (bought it new from dealership) last week and Dylan Collins was the person who helped me. I waited over 2 hours and usually they come out and walk you through their findings and recommendations to fix any issues. He said my car was ready and I thought everything was good. Quality visit and service from salesman Norm Dean. There was some miscommunication in the accounting department that led to some frustrating moments, but a deal was eventually reached. The service department could use some better review - after driving my used car for little time after sale there were hidden maintenance issues that arose that went undiscovered by the service crew. These issues and the service and parts needed for fixing the car were not covered by the warranty provided by Jay Wolfe, indicating some limits they are willing to go for their customers.
