I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy. They have horrible customer service. They promised me solar back in May it's now December. The installers trashed my yard, the salesman was super pushy. Their electrician ruined my outlets and now I'm still paying for something that has yet to be turned on. They show up whenever and don't give you a warning and they left the gate open and my dogs ran away. Never get solat from them! There are tons of better solar places in NM.

Waited awhile to write this review because my experience wasn’t bad until the very end. My sales person Angelo was very kind and great with communication. I was looking forward to using this company but everything took a turn as things were getting finalized. Basically was quoted an amount for a roof and solar, roof was to be completed first obviously and I was waiting for this to happen and asked multiple times as to the timeframe it would be accomplished with a simple answer of the roofers will reach out. Well, this company “Storm” something comes out without notice letting me know they

I have nothing but good to say about working with Solar Works. They kept in touch during every step of the process, and were fast to respond when I had a question. They proactively contacted us to alert us of inspections or other needed steps. The installation team was thoroughly professional. We are now generating power - and it is a pleasure to see the numbers on my power meter go in reverse.

Ehen and the entire installation crew was awesome. Friendly and answered all our questions. Can’t wait to get hooked up and save close to 1,000.00 per year. And that savings will go up as time passes since my bill will stay the same forever. An additional thank you to my sales representative Andy. Super guy and very informative. We are just starting to seriously look into Solar and have gotten a couple of estimates we aren't comfortable with so when our neighbor recommended Solar Works we set up an appointment with James (Adair) to go over our options. James was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and went over every concern we had. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't need, let us see exactly what our system would look like on our roof and what made sure we were comfortable with the process.

One of the best experiences I ever had! It is scary to think of spending thousands of dollars to go solar. We have put it off for years!!! Then one day we decided to call several companies. We almost went with the one that is in Costco but because they fell thru a few times when it came to actually installing the unit. (Looking back that was a blessing) We decided to go LOCAL. The installation happened quickly. Everyone who came to my house was very professional! Every promise made was fulfilled. Thank you Derick and Nestor and Everyone! SO Happy to watch my meter run backwards.
