Bad experience. I shared the photos with the repair guy and told him what could be the issue but at the end of the day I expected the problem fixed. He came one day and repair it and left. Within the hour the door was non-functional. I called the guy back and he said he repaired what I told him could be the issue and yet he noticed that the door shaft needed replacement and never informed me that in order for the door to be fixed the right way, it needed replacement. I told him to come back to fix it right, and even though he's not doing it for free, he's too busy to do so after many times promising

Great experience! My garage door stoped cooperating with me and Kevin at Tropical Door Repair came out right away to diagnose the problem. He had it up and running in no time! Very knowledgeable and personable! Highly recommend!
Fast forward to today, December 21, 2020. Just bought a new condo for my mom and when we got there today there was a ton of stuff missing. I called Kevin from Tropical Door Repair to change the locks and he was there within an hour! He changed the door lock and the deadbolt within minutes and now we don’t have to worry about anyone coming in with the old key. Two thumbs
