The service technicians Luis and George were polite, prompt, and very professional. The price I was quoted to replace the rollers on my patio doors was the best price compared to three other companies. No gimmicks. Work was done very well with no mess left behind. Now my patio sliding doors move with just a touch of a finger! I was even given a good tip to use aluminum lubricant to keep the door sliding well.

I booked a time to have them come out on their website today and sat at home for two hours only to get a call after they were supposed to be at my house that they cannot come and it would be a week and a half until they can come. They said website was allowing to book times when there were no times free. Website says same day service and I was allowed to book a time for the same day. I asked if I do use them if they could do something to compensate me for my time and he offered me $20 for waiting for two hours for them! Sorry my hourly rate is worth more than $10!!!

Their entire service, from my call to the installation, was perfect. Had an appointment within 2 days; they were ready to install ib 24 hours but I was not available. Installation time was between 8 and 9. Juan texted at 750 "on my way"...arrived at 810. Installation done by 835. Great professional service.

Roller wheel replacement and adjustment of 4 hurricane impact sliding glass doors. Pre repair consultation and diagnosis was no charge. After hired Juan and Jordani arrived with the 4 sets of new replacement wheels I ordered. They worked for one hour disassembling, installing new wheels, vacuuming and lubricating tracks and locks. When done they asked me to examine their work. All 4 9 ft impact doors worked and slid seamlessly. No effort to move them. I am extremely pleased with the job which comes with a 1 year warrantee. Juan was amazing! We’ve been struggling with our sliding doors for years and didn’t realize they could be fixed. Juan the technician arrived on time, he explained in details what service was needed; replaced door rollers and fixed door tracks at a very reasonable price. My sliding doors are 26 years old and they were stuck, it took a lot of effort to open and close them. After the service provided by Juan I can open and close both sliding doors with ONE FINGER. I’m very happy and highly recommend this company.

I found this company to have a lot of integrity. I had the wheels of my sliding glass door replaced, however I had a problem with the sliding door frame where they came back out the next week and fixed it no charge.
I am very happy with the adjustment that they needed to make and now my sliding door is working perfectly.
The workers do not speak any English, but I found by speaking to the owner on the cell phone I was able to find out what the problem was as well as what repair was necessary.

Had a small problem with our sliding door that popped up around lunch time. Decided to look on Yelp for a repair service. Within half an hour of the search, I had a quote. Within about 3 hours the work was done!!! The price was reasonable, the turnaround was fantastic, and the repairman was pleasant and efficient. I don't give 5 stars unless I am completely happy with the service!!!
