We can repair anything from a leaky faucet to install a new water system. Most items fall under our hourly service rate of $135/hour plus materials. Some items such as water heater replacement, back flow testing & replacement, drain cleaning, sewage ejector replacement, etc. are charged under a fixed price.

Custom Coatings & Designs was recommended by Flow Rite for one of their customers. Their customer had a leak in the basement, from a crack in the foundation and another around a water main sleeve. This all happens to be a foundation issue. Instead of Flow Rite making a quick sale, with superficial repairs, like a ton of companies do! Flow Rite had their customer contact a specialized foundation waterproofing and repair company, for a permanent solution on their foundation. This is the company I would use at my house if searching. Really disappointing & poor service. Flow Rite did a big job for us several months ago. We had the same problem re-occur and called on a Saturday. They said their snake was broken. That's a good one for a plumber!!

If I could give a review lower than a 1 I would. First they send a guy who doesn't know what he is doing to quote him " he needs to figure it out", and spends the bulk of his time on the phone or waiting for the office to call him back. Then they say they are going to send someone else and I wait and wait and wait until finally I get a call saying they are not sending anyone. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. Oh and the per hour price for this company shown in Checkbook, is not correct. The price they quoted me was nearly double. Run from this company!
