The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They take a no pressure approach and explain things in great detail. From the gentleman that setup the initial appointment, and the soft approach that followed, has been hands down, a great experience getting solar. Sonic Solar has been awesome! I'm currently in the process with Sonic Solar.

No call, No show! Called on a Thursday and got an appointment on Monday for some one to come to the house and discuss my options and get a quote. Awesome!! Monday and the appointment time rolls around, no is here. I wait till 30 min before the office closes, and call them, no answer. I sent a message on their contact us text thing online, no response. I called again, no answer so I left a voice mail. It's now Saturday and no contact from them at all. Very disappointed.

The presentation provided to us was excellent. Our Sonic Solar representative communicated everything about what they have to offer very well and was able to thoroughly answer all of our questions about the products as well as the financials. We are so excited about the completion of our new solar system!

My husband and I had a great experience with Casey and learning about Sonic Solar and the purchase/installation process. Our family has been interested in solar panels for some time. However, we never felt comfortable taking the steps toward purchasing. Casey definitely made us feel at ease and answered all of our questions and concerns. In my opinion, Sonic Solar has a straightforward process and completing paperwork was minimal and simple. I look forward to the upcoming installation. Finally a solar company that works to get you the right deal. This company is legit. We decided to install right as COVID hit. After having some issues with the install and a few other things I was able to talk to Trent. He is amazing, he took his job seriously and reviewed everything. He found that although most of my issues were somewhat explainable with COVID and other circumstances... it was not good enough, he needed to make sure everything was perfect. After talking with the higher ups, they decided to add a few extra panels at no charge seeing as we may have been undersized from the jump

Pre-Solar Installation Review. I have always been interested in having Solar as an option. Brett with Sonic Solar was very informed and got us all the details. Sonic Solar has a team of people that help verify that Solar can work for your house while you are discussing if it is right for you. We are very happy with how they designed the panels to go, the quality and research that went into the solar cells, and above all the wonderful customer service that Brett provided the entire time.

I have wanted to go solar for sometime now. The positive aspects to such a move included being a more environmentally conscious which is something I highly value. The decision of who to work with can be daunting and is the reason it took so long for me to just go for it. Casey with Sonic Solar was a bright light in the sea of solar companies. He explained everything in a way I could understand and tailored a plan, such as how many panels I would need now and the future, to my needs. I highly recommend using this company.
