He originally thought we would need a new control board, but then figured out it was a much less expensive part that needed to be replaced. We’re so happy we didn’t need to buy a new refrigerator or pay for expensive parts, and Brad got it up and running fast. Thank you!!

When our refrigerator stopped cooling, we contacted a 5-star repair shop near us, but their dismissive appointment scheduler told us they send someone out in about a week. That's too long with a warm fridge, so we called Frost Appliance. Chad arrived the same day, diagnosed the issue in under 5 minutes and ordered the replacement part (our fridge is about 10 years old). He recommended a great workaround to get the fridge cooling while we waited for the part. The part arrived more quickly than expected (< 3 days) and Chad had the fridge fixed in less than 15 minutes. We were assigned Frost Appliance through our Home Warranty company to do a repair on a microwave. They did an excellent job! Brad arrived within the promised time frame, was very professional and fixed the problem with ease. We didn't have to order parts or wait for another visit to get our issue resolved. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again for any appliance repair needs.

We have been using Frost for years for our home and business needs and we love them!! They are always great at getting us scheduled timely and if it's an emergency they get us in right away. This most recent time when I called she wanted to be sure I had the best technician for the type of washing machine I had. Chad was here and determined the problem quickly and thankfully the part was only $30. They even did what they could to get the part in and back to my house to fix it before Thanksgiving. Thank you!!

Change the name. This company should change its name to HONEST APPLIANCE maintenance and repair. We have a 20 plus year old Whirlpool washing machine that worked great for a long time. It fits perfectly in the space we have it in and when we saw a leak we figured it was time to buy a new one. I was devastated to learn my only option was a compact washing machine due to the new machines bigger sizes. We live in a condo so there aren't a lot of places to put a new 27" deep machine without engaging in some remodeling. We were advised to have our machine checked out by a repair place and

.I don't understand the negative reviews this company has been given. I have used Frost Appliance several times over a period of years and have always found them to be courteous, punctual and honest.
The repairmen have fixed our refrigerators right. I have had other repair people come on our appliances that are on warranty and have not been satisfied with them. After our warranties are up, Frost Appliance is our "go to" repair company! Reliable, courteous, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. You cannot go wrong calling them.

I used them in the past. My fridge broke. They came out this time I had to throw away all the food. Seriously started working and he said it's working. Nothing I can check. You cant take it apart never heard of this happening to anyone else. And this is what you did. Was there for less than 5 min and a trip charge of 80. I'm in the wrong business. Would not use them again. It ruined my thoughts about this company. Friendly the first time not so much the second

Horrible customer service. I cannot count the number of times I was interrupted and belittled while speaking to the receptionist regarding my frustrations; not once was I allowed to speak a complete sentence without being "Ma'am"ed and talked down to. She made me feel invalidated as a paying customer and, frankly, an adult. Last time I was talked to that way was probably by my kindergarten teacher. This woman has clearly never learned how to de-escalate a situation and has no business dealing with customer care. Even as I tried to tell her I am trying to verbalize my frustrations

My refrigerator wasn't working properly. I have had bad experiences with appliance repair companies in the past, so I actually went to an Appliance shop to look for parts and see if I could fix it myself. I also priced refrigerators just in case I couldn't fix it.
However, common sense prevailed and I checked in with American Home Shield to see if I could get someone over here under my home warranty. That was yesterday afternoon... Within minutes, I got a text from Frost Appliances and they arranged for someone to stop over today

Horrible - they damaged my appliance while fixing it and refuse to replace the part. They say they can bend it back into place and it will be just like new....REALLY? It wasn't bent at all until your tech came and broke it. Horrible customer service. I have already complained to my Home warranty company and will be filing complaints with the BBB and Registrar of Contractors.

We have used Frost Appliance for refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher repairs and maintenance over the last 15+ years. They always come through with timely and cost effective repairs and upgrades to our older equipment. Their advise on when to get new appliances has also been very sound. We have been using Frost Appliance Repair for at least 20 years. More than once they have told us over the phone a particular appliance is not worth the money to repair, and have suggested a couple of places we could get good replacements. Our latest call was on a Costco washing machine, Chad was out on the next business day and called ahead of time to give me an estimate on when he would be there. Our guest let him in, he fixed the washer and let me call him later with payment info. I'm not a wild eyed environmentalist, but our consumer based society needs to put more emphasis on repairing

I have to share my last few experience with Frost Appliance Repair. Having the oversight of several apartments in the central Phoenix area we have had our fair share of appliance failures. I am always pressed on what is better try and fix or just replace again. In the same week I had two separate washing machine failures. Both were acting in similar fashion. I called Frost Appliance Repair. After telling them of my problem and giving them a description of what they were doing they told me that many time it will be less expensive to just replace the machine. READ before you waste your time and money. These people will claim they have fixed your appliance and make it worse, costing more money for them to now fix the "new problem." Sometimes they will come back and do a free service call, but that's only after you have just paid for an unsuccessful service and complain. Annette ( I think she is the main receptionist) can be very rude and unprofessional at times. I would say about 50% of the time. I will never waste my time and money with frost appliance. I'm sure there are much more reputable and honest appliance companies out there

Absolutely unbelievable. After carving out my whole morning and changing plans around to accommodate their 4 hour window, the service man that came to my house left after about ten minutes because he was scared of my dog. Who I had already locked up per his request! It was a complete and total waste of my time. Not to mention the ignorance of this "small business" because apparently the fact that my dog is a pit was the real problem. Which the idiot didn't even know till I told him! If I had said boxer would you have left my house?! Horrible company.

2) have a knack for bitter and angry women
3) take time of work... meaning a whole day of work
4) be on call and not do anything until they come to your home
5) be hung up on
6) PAY for crappy service...
a lady from this 7 person office calls me in reference to a service that was schedule between 1-4 pm , this was per the property manager.. However there was a miscommunication between the business and the manager all I knew was it was between 1pm to 4pm.
i was on my way to the house to take care of the

The scheduling woman, Annette, is extremely rude and unapologetic. When scheduling a time to come in to my home for an appointment, they did not provide the 30 minute call ahead they said they would. She then called to reprimand me for not being there and said that I was being irresponsible. I tried to let her know that I did not receive the 30 minute prior phone call even letting me know that the technician was going to be there. She told me I was wrong and refused to believe me.
