Ignacio and his team were great to work with! Not only were they great to work with, but they did an exceptional job and everything looks great! They replaced our roof, two damaged gutters, and damaged porch and window screens. We also had to have our interior ceiling repainted due to some water damage and they were able to set that up for us as well. I highly recommend Southline Roofing & Exteriors!!

We are a HOA that manages 8 townhouses which are attached here in Mount Pleasant. We contacted Southline Roofing to work out a roof inspection. There response was immediate and forthright.
The inspection was done in a timely fashion. They found repairs were needed. A list of the of the work to be preformed was presented to the HOA. The statement included the materials used, the matching of the replacement material a warranty on the work and a contact to do a roof inspection every three years.
We scheduled the job and we were very satisfied of the work and clean up that was performed.

Ignacio and the Southline Roofing team were very pleasant to work with. They did a thorough job inspecting my home and advised what had to be addressed immediately. Worked within my budget and offered suggestions to minimize expenses.
The chimney repair was done in 2-3 days and came out great (at a competitive price with 10 year warranty). Definitely worth contacting!

I couldn't be more pleased! Ignacio and his team at Southline Roofing & Exteriors did a WONDERFUL job! I had some hurricane related damage on my home from September 2019 and it was a struggle to get my homeowner's insurance to cover more than a few pieces that would ultimately never match. I found Southine from the reviews here and they are well deserving of their 5 stars! Ignacio and his crew did an amazing job on my roof. I am extremely impressed with the care and skill Southline Roofing & Exteriors exhibited during the job. Very thorough and knowledgeable group who I can tell have been doing roofs for a while. Additionally, I had a couple of small requests with the job and Ignacio made sure they were completed and did everything to make sure I was happy with the work. Truly top notch company and I will definitely use them again on other projects in the future. These guys went above and beyond and I am truly grateful for their craftsmanship and work ethic.
