Steve was awesome and extremely patient with my situation. I have a Thule cargo box and one of the locks the key broke in it. Initially he tried to pick it and save the lock, but the key was too far in. He ended up having to drill and break the lock which took a lot longer than expected due to the key being so far in. He eventually was able to get it out without damaging the box and replaced the lock with a modest charge. It was hard work and I can't thank Steve enough, he literally saved my upcoming road trip!

Would call Steve any time if I run into issues again, highly recommend!

I needed help with my car ignition, my key would not turn to start the car. The person who took my call at lock patrol said someone would be there within 30 minutes. Almost an hour later, a locksmith showed up. He took one look at my ignition and said it would need to be rebuilt for close to 400 dollars. When I said I didnt have that kind of money, he said he could drill out the ignition, but it would cost 180 dollars. I could not afford this. I eventually had my car towed home. I watched one YouTube video and was able to drill out a small part of the ignition to remove it and replace it
