They respond quickly. After a few days unsuccessfully trying by ourselves to get our older garage door to operate automatically again, this time we called RL. RL was able to come the same day in about 2 hours. But something suddenly came up; I needed to reschedule. RL did not charge me extra to come on a Sunday. They were very professional. The service person answered all my questions then quickly performed the repair. He did a good job. I am satisfied with the work and would recommend this company.

Called them out to fix my opener. Turns out it was a broken gear. The tech told me they couldn't get the part anymore because it was a Craftsman and quoted me $600 for a new unit. So I said ok. Then I looked online and saw that the gear that broke is a $3 part. So I called to cancel the service call to do the replacement. I told them that was pretty shady. The person on the other end got angry and said if he'd come out, the price would have been $800. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!

Amazing Service. Professional and on time. Joe made several adjustments to the door and made it work better than new. Installed a better spring than others with high cycles. Joe was neat, very professional and gave me pointers on how to keep the door running well. Other competitors would not even come close to the level of service. I wil definitely recommend to my family, friends and neighbors.

Setting the appointment was smooth. Joe came on time the next day. The broken spring and 1992 opener were replaced with a few other upgrades. Joe did a great job explaining on his tablet the parts and installation. He was done with everything in about 2 hours. He also did a good job programming all the remotes and the built in one in my car. He also cleaned up his mess and showed me how to lubricate everything. It's pretty cool the new opener even has wifi. I've never purchased anything like this before but I feel the price was fair. Great job Joe!

AMAZING!! Honestly, 5 starts doesn't do the service justice. Joe was exceptional. We called, on a Sunday morning no less, at 9:30 in the morning because the garage door opener had broken. Joe was out by 10am, and completely replaced the opener by 11am. That's right. 90 minutes from the time I called to the time the job was completed. Unbelievable. I'm blown away by Joe's professionalism, his expediency, and his workmanship. While I hope to never need garage services again, I cannot recommend RL enough. Seriously. Cannot over recommend this company.

RL Garage Doors of Farmington is AWESOME! Professional, knowledgeable and fairly priced! Joe arrived with 30 minutes of my call and had all parts with him to replace the broken springs. He finished and was out of the door within 30 minutes...on a Sunday! I’d called another place and the earliest they could provide service was Tuesday.
