Mike, Andres and his whole crew did an excellent job on our addition. Mike worked with us on our budget and answered every question we had through the whole job. His advice was always spot on. And most importantly the job was done right, down to the last detail. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor.

Mike and his crew refaced my deck with TimberTech. They took it down to the bare bones and brought it back to life. They made it stronger and now I have a beautiful deck that I can enjoy.
This is the best construction crew that I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend them and I do plan to use them again.

Premier Construction did a complete renovation of my house including a brand new two story addition. When the inevitable issues arose, Mike and his crew were quickly able to figure out innovative solutions. The end result exceeded all expectations; this is a great company and I highly recommend them.

I would like to say that I am so very pleased with the new kitchen and deck that Premier Construction & Renovation Systems staff has designed, built and installed for me. The cabinets are beautiful! The workmanship is outstanding! Spot on with all the details! The Timber Tek Composite deck was a great idea vs. traditional wood deck materials. No more splinters, staining etc.

After many years of expensive annual upkeep on my cedar deck, I decided that it was time to replace it with a composite deck. After speaking to several contractors, Mike Morse at Premier Construction stood out as the one who had the most experience with composite decks. He came to my house with a selection of Trex decking materials which made the selection process very easy. I chose Trex Select Pebble Grey. Mike and his crew are absolutely the best. He executed a fairly complicated project for our house recently. It involved 3 Tier Cambridge Retaining wall construction & walk ways in our backyard that is almost 0.75 acres! He helped us scope different ideas within our budget and gave us realistic timelines that he followed through on.
He was responsive, punctual and took the time to patiently explain the technical details to us. Being nervous first time homeowners, we had a lot of questions for him and he was also prompt with answering all our questions. He dealt with all the needed permits and inspections

I have dealt with contractors of every walk of life and grade in the book. Here is my review of Mike and the Premier team. They are clear with their plans and dealing with our budget. They follow up before, during and after the project. They show up as planned, no calling to find out what is going on.
