When hail is sufficient enough for replacement, we replace your entire roof and coordinate the process with your insurance company. Roofing material can simply deteriorate over time. We inspect your roof for blistering, rotting, cracking, or granule loss and fix what needs to be repaired. Gutters are critical for conveying drainage off of your roof.
Our team will audit your irrigation system and be sure you are using the most efficient equipment along with designing with low water plants to enhance your outdoor space. Most plants in Colorado require irrigation for establishment and growth. Roots to Roofs can install a new irrigation system, complete irrigation repairs, start-up in the spring, and winterize in the fall.
Hail can damage your siding. We replace damaged siding and coordinate the work with your insurance company under your claim. Wind can damage your siding. Siding can deteriorate over time. We inspect for warping, cracking, and noisy siding, and completed, we'll provide you with alternatives to remedy the problem.
If you are building a new deck, you may also want to create a paved space below or adjacent to the deck. Concrete, pavers, or stone patios are a great compliment to any deck project. If you have a second story deck with a walkout patio below, we can build the deck to keep drainage off the space below.
