I got my dream home built by Guzman Construction. Amazing people and outstanding customer service. The president of the company, Victor Guzman, called me personally congratulating me and was available for assistance at any time. Joe Michael the project manager was very helpful and took care of everything and Ben was extremely attentive and took care of last minute details. My plants froze and he is getting them replaced. 100% RECOMMENDED!!!

We were looking to build our first house and a friend recommended Guzman Construction, at the beginning with had a lot questions and didn’t understand much of the process but Ben James the sale person at that time was very kind and patient with us, and he guided us very well. Also when we ran into minors disagreement down the road, the president of the company Victor was there to helps out. We are very grateful with the whole company including Michael the project management that also had to be very patient with us, especially me cause I was in top of every detail and sometimes went a little over

The reason for my writing to you is that I am not at all satisfied with the quality of work you have done while building our dream home. All this company is nothing but lies and taking advantage of people. They promise you a lot of stuff and say it’s included in price and are really pushy to add... more and more stuff to home when it’s not going to appraise, big mistake ever! They also try to push you to go with their preferred lender, Be Aware!! After you sign contract, all the extra items are now being charged. They have let us down so much and we have given them so many chances to fix all

I made my dream home 2 years ago I've been having issues already with this home .my tile is getting hairline cracks all over.i contacted Guzman couple of time and they always lie about everything.if you all decide to get Guzman just be on top of every thing especially when putting your tile.the guys that work for Guzman are inexperience and do half jobs.im trying to sue this company for lying to us.. don't make the same mistake I did go with someone one else....

I called 3 times for them to fix a fence some of their workers damaged while throwing their trash towards my fence. One month later and still no one has even bothered asking if everything is taken care of. It's just maybe $7 worth of damage. Just comes to show what type of people they are. They also cut my cable line underground and did not even bother to let me know the damage they caused instead they attempted to tape it back together. Becareful if this company or their new named one Hosanna Construction builds next to your home. They don't care about your property or damage they cause while
