Be very careful with this company, at first the builder will promise you everything and once he gets paid, he will forget about you and thats it. I have been living in shary oaks for about a year and all my neighbors have complaints from having problems getting a $15,000 dollar deposit back to lack of attention and not paying attention to details which later is a huge headache. None of the neighbors here at shary oaks pay the HOA because the pool is just a hole that they never finished and they supposedly cut your lawn every other week but its not like that, i have to hire people to cut my lawn
