Paid for a product 6 months ago. Never received delivery from the company. Zero communication relaying product delay. At the time they said 90 day delivery. Requesting refund or delivery from store. No one available to talk to on a Saturday. Hopefully there will be a resolution to this utter customer service failure. Long story short, very risky to purchase products not currently in stock. Soooo disappointed. Update: received a full refund. Turns out the product that I ordered (patio chair cushions) were never even produced. They would have happily kept my ~$400 if I had not complained.

Ordered 2 high back chairs & cushions not what was agreed upon at time of purchase. Paid in full at time of order which we didnt like but because it was a custom order so we agreed. Took 2 weeks longer than originally agreed upon 12 weeks. Manager said nothing he could do besides order whole new chair and we would have to wait another 12-16 weeks. Guess you cant just order cushions from here and keep a customer happy for what they originally ordered. Management wasnt willing to put this right, so we will never shop here again!

Purchased my first pellet grill from pure patio. Very helpful and knowledgeable on grill manufacturers' features. I went with the GMG on a great sale for 599! They also carry a wide variety of popular pellets at a very competitive price, in my case $14 for 28lb bags! Pulling up to the store, I didn't expect much to be inside but its HUGE inside with anything you can imagine for your backyard furnishings and decor, she tells me they're going to expand that store even further. Great experience I will return Thank you!
