Wind Soliel is a complete circus. Do not use this place, took over a year to have panels installed. I couldn’t reach them and even after panels were up they did not activate the panels for another 5 months. Meanwhile I was responsible for paying 2 bills my comed and my solar panel loan. Now I am being told my Illinois Shines money is in jeopardy because of the incompetence wind soliel in not mailing the required paperwork.

Our family is very happy with our decision to go solar with Windsoleil. The team was very clear on how we can monitor the system and showed us how to use the app. It is pretty cool they I get to see how much power each panel is producing. That is a real scam.it took them more than a year to put the panel on my roof plus they lied almost about every thing ,I did not get my state refund money ,I have been charged for the windsoleil 3 months while the system is not connected yet.Now I end up paying Comed and their loan.it was a nightmare but the state general attorney told me they will help,I'm still waiting. Also I'm not saving nothing as matter of fact I'm paying more than double My bill that I had before I ever had solar panels to and all Teddy says they're working I've been arguing back-and-forth with them they're not working no

I work in solar sales and have for years. I use Windsoleil as an install partner for some of my Illinois installations. it was a huge mistake giving them my business. Almost none of the clients have received any of their stimulus money as promised. They have clients with system sitting on their roofs collecting dust because they can't pass inspection for over a year being left with double the bill for their electric , others have been installed without permits that will never be connected. Do not do business with this company

I placed an order for a wind turbine as a proof of concept for a large project I am working on. Have placed several phone calls trying to get a delivery date, and absolutely no response. I have cancelled the order and will try to work with a company that will respond. Bad news is better that being blown off.

This is a great company. We shopped around, got 3 bids for a solar electric system for our roof, Windsoliel was the lowest bid. Installation went without a hitch, we’ve had the system for a couple of years now, it’s working well. The response and follow-through during design and installation and then monitoring has been great. The staff is warm, friendly, respectful of people and property. I have recommend Windsoliel to others looking for renewable sustainable energy.

If you want to have to send regular emails and texts to get updates on your project and remind them your job isn't done and don't mind being lied to for a year about a rebate from IL Shines program, then this is the company for you. From signing of contract to go live of system was 6 months. We paid 2 months of financing before system was even active. Now, 13 months after our system was live, we find out the IL Shines program stopped in December 2020 when funds ran out. WindSoleil has told us for months that our application for IL Shines is just going through the steps of the program. The program

I’ve had solar panels from WindSoleil for over 2 years now and haven’t regretted it for one second. Right off the bat the installation was pretty smooth and professional and Teddy is one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. Overall I’d recommend the company to anyone interested in helping the environment and your bank accounts.
Regarding the panels themselves, I’ve saved so much on my electric bill with these things over the past couple of years. Add in the tax credits and rebates, and this decision is a no brainer right now.

Teddy (owner) was communicative throughout the presale, installation and post-sale process. There were some issues with SREC claiming process with our state, but we are working through it. Windsoleil has a team lead in each of the major steps and each person was communicative and can be easily reached. Teddy operated as the overall General Manager if any issues arise. Things to note,
