WOW!!!!! We live in Applegate and you would think it was the end of the world when you tell people that you are requesting service from. Then, many won't show up even when you agree to pay the "ransom" fee. Not Darren's. We called for an estimate (free), got a call back immediately, and we had an estimate the next day. We scheduled the job and the "other" Darren arrived to do the job; ON TIME. He was very careful, did an excellent job, all for a fair price. We will always use Darren's.

Showed up on time and had the right equipment to clean upper story gutters safely and clean the windows.
Did not clean window sills when cleaning windows and screens. Failed to re-lock window screens in place in several windows throughout the house. Left dirt, from cleaning window screen, on bathroom floor(see photo). I found at least 12 of the small grommets (see photo) that hold/support plastic grill overlays on my Windows that we're not reinstalled to keep grill ends stable and secure in the holes provided. Left a mess on the ground of the residue that was removed from gutter cleaning

I just had my windows and gutters cleaned by Darren and his associate. I have used this service several times and they have done an excellent job each time. Darren was so great! He was right on time and did a perfect job in a small amount of time! He was very understanding and honest, the windows i had him clean were for my new appt that was trashed by previous tenants and the windows had never been touched at all in their entire lives. Knowing very well the Property Management place i had been dealing with to get my appt was not going to do a thing about the disgusting shape this appt was in, i had very little money to spend and due to the windows being on the second story i needed a pro! Darren fit me into his busy schedule and helped me out tremendously
