Once I signed the contract, getting them on the phone to confirm the start date was kind of a nightmare. The office manager, Karen, frequently told me she'd 'call me back' but never did, and her voicemail was full so I couldn't leave a message stating my concern. I was beginning to worry I paid half the deposit and was getting ghosted but it all worked out eventually. Once the project kicked off, the team was wonderful and efficient.

We were referred to Ozark via a prestigious landscaping design firm who was too busy this season to take on a fence project. I'll break apart the goods and the bads because I want to give an honest review.

- One night a crew member locked our gate to our driveway, to which we didn't have a key. I was trying to leave to pick my baby up from daycare and literally couldn't drive out of my property. I had to call both Ken and Karen 10+ times before they answered. They worked as quick as they

We used Ozark Fence to replace an old fence on a property we purchased for my son, who has large dogs. We needed the fence replaced very quickly and on a strict timeline and we could not have been happier with the experience. They had the fence done in two days. The materials used are high-quality and the workmanship is excellent. The price is standard for the area -- if you try to pay less, you're going to get an inferior product. We recommend Ozark Fence to anyone wanting a high-quality fence done right.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They do not communicate in a timely fashion - if at all. No service after the sale. Our metal gate is out of adjustment and they refuse to correct it. Most of the time the co-owner says they will call you back... and nothing.
Karen has zero empathy toward her clients about any issues that develop. Their fence installers dug a hole right next the a sprinkler head and encased it in concrete! Doing so damaged the body and punctured the line. It took some time for the water to erode and present itself.
