Tom founded Heritage Lawn & Landscape Care in 2002 and now serves as the company's Chief Executive Officer. With his 30 years in the landscaping industry, Tom has vast experience in improving operations and building customer relationships. His educational background includes a B.S. degree in Forest Science from Penn State University.

Emerald Ash Borer (EAB), an exotic, destructive beetle, has claimed the lives of tens of millions of ash trees while making its way eastward in the United States. First discovered in Michigan in 2002, EAB has steadily closed in on Central Pennsylvania. Now, property owners in York, Adams, Cumberland, and Lancaster counties have reason for concern.

Receive a 1 because at least they sent someone out to assess our diseased tree within a week and a half of contact. But then after three weeks without a proposal, it was long past time to get the work started. Contact said they would get back to me but never did. Don't recommend especially if you need something done quickly.

I would highly recommend Heritage Lawn for any of your landscaping/hardscaping needs. We have been working with Larry and Heritage for the past 10 years and they have never disappointed me. Has it been perfect? No! But, any issue that has arisen (and not many in 10 years) has been taken care of by the company in a fair manner. We have had landscaping, hardscaping, irrigation, yearly lawn/bed/tree care, and many clean-ups. Last year, they came out for a lawn aeration which resulted in an accidental slicing of our inground pet fence - this was really our fault as we mismarked the line on that side

Contacted this company to spray for weeds. Larry advised he would send estimate in US mail. I was to sign and return. Larry said they would come to by residence to spray. I NEVER received the estimate. I contacted heritage for the 4th time, now they say they have no record of me calling. This company is not worth the aggravation. Heritage is unprofessional, I'm very undependable. do yourself a favor and contact different company.

I am very disappointed in Heritage. I had someone come out to give me an estimate on new landscaping 2½ months ago. I was told it would take 2 weeks to get the estimate. Over the passing weeks, I called the guy that came out, emailed him, and called the office. I never heard anything back. That is very poor customer service, especially since we… were previous customers. If you weren't interested or couldn't work with us, a kind explanation would have been nice. I was ready to spent money on this project and had high hopes to work with Heritage again. I ended up hiring someone tho
