I called Tru Temp Sunday evening, and a technician was able to come over as early as possible Monday morning and take care of the issue. He quickly identified the problem and charged me the base inspection fee. He was very knowledgeable and also made sure there was no carbon monoxide coming from the vents after the heat was working.

We recently moved into our new home and needed to have our two A/C systems services. Cody came out and was extremely professional and did a thorough job inspecting both units. Cody provided an honest assessment of the systems and did not nickel and dime us or recommend extraneous services. Very happy with Tru Temp and will definitely use them again.
