Our roofing company was founded in 2001 by Michael Riutta, who is still part of the ownership and management team. Between Michael, his two sons and co-owners, Devin and Joshua, and our crew members, we have many years of experience to handle any type of roof repair or roof installation solutions you may need.

Installing a new roof will probably be one of the biggest investments a property owner will make. If it goes well, it's an investment that will last 20 to 30 years or more. We have had excellent service from Mikku & Sons Roofing twice. Three years ago we had a roof leak in our shop. I called Mikku and they came out that same day and made the repair (no more leaks). With this good service, there was no one else to call to give us a new flat roof on our house (roof over 20 years old). Our entire roof is covered with solar panels so it was considerably more effort for Dion and Mike to put down the new roof. We were kept up-to-date on the progress and the project was completed in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.

Our roof needed a major overhaul due to shoddy work by Circle G Roofing. Mikku was referred to us by a satisfied neighbor.
These men worked their fingers to the bone for three days to power-wash, repair, prep and foam seal our our roof. Each morning they arrived promptly at 6am and worked through the afternoon with incredible diligence. The roof is now leak free, properly graded, sleek and freshly sealed.
This level of competence is worth its weight in gold.
I give these guys 5 stars, and a huge thumbs up!

Thank you Mikku & Sons, I had a new roof installed last year and there were a few warranty items that needed attention, Josh responded quickly and then documented each warranty repair that had been done and even supplied pictures so I didn't have to climb on the roof to see that it was taken care of. On top of that, they came when they said they would come. Unbelievable!! Thanks for the amazing experience...

After patching my roof for 5 years, it was time to bite the bullet and replace it. A realtor friend recommended Mikku roofers. Devin came and gave an estimate within 24 hours, which I found fair and inclusive.
Work was started on time and completed on time. Josh, Devin's brother, always took my calls and patiently answered my worried phone conversations. Lack of response is very true from this company. I think they got too many referrals when they used to have good reviews and then couldn't keep up. Very sad. Signed a contract with them to have work done several weeks later, due to their scheduling which was ok, they promised to come and fix a small issue within a week and then start the actual work later....well, this was more than a year ago, without any word or sign from them. Very disappointing.

Avoid them like you would avoid herpes. They don't return calls and the owner doesn't return emails. Their workmanship is shotty and they don't go the extra mile. We recently sold our home and roof had so many issues even though this company worked on it in the past year. Our chimney was missing a cap, something the Mikku crew should have noticed. I could go on, but you get the picture. Trust your roof to anyone else. Trust me.

Mikku & Sons removed & replaced 2000 SF of existing roofing in May 2017 and applied urethane foam to all areas of the flat roof. They took their time and addressed each of the individual roofing issues including poor scupper drainage and ponding.

We can't say enough good things about this company. We had a roof leak; Mikku and 2 other roofers came out and took a look. They all recommended full roof replacement (this is a cement tile pitched roof home that is 23 years old). We agreed as the under-layment; some tiles; flashing; and battens all needed to be replaced. For the record...with a roof like this, old cement tiles if in good condition are stacked and re-used. Mikku's bid was not the lowest but we felt we had chosen the correct company. WE WERE RIGHT. Once we were in the schedule, their team was at our home every day

I selected Mikku and Sons to reroof a concrete tile roof on my home in North Scottsdale. Mikku and Sons came in with a bid a couple thousand less than a few higher profile groups. Most reviews on several sites are positive, so I contracted them for the job. The roofers seemed to do a fine job. The roof looks sharp and withstood the recent rains without issue. We had a good experience with Mikku and sons. Saved quite a bit. I would recommend.

This father and sons team delivered!! We were so very impressed with their honesty, work ethic and dedicated hard work!! We had received two other quotes, but because of discrepancies between the diagnosis and estimates, we call Mikku and Sons for a third opinion.
Well, they were honest and told the truth, unlike the other two companies who BOTH tried to mislead us into spending way too much!! Mikku and Sons offered us a good resolve and a fair price!!
