PES was established in 1994 in Torrance, California as an engineering, manufacturing, and supplying company for lighting luminaries and components for commercial and residential applications.
In 1998, PES ventured into the global marketplace by developing a manufacturing facility in Eastern China in Cooperation with Dr. Chen Hong Cheng, Chief Engineer and Manager of the China facility.
