I live in Madison but was in Green Bay for a few days when my brakes started acting funny. I took my car in later in the day and since I was from out of town and couldn’t leave my car they made sure they got me seen that same day. Turns out nothing was wrong with the brakes, it was just a fluke thing that fixed itself when i got there. They took the time to explain that everything was fine, what they did, and what could’ve caused the brake issue, and didn’t charge me for anything. Wish I lived closer so that I could take my Ford here for everything.

They are good value and good at keeping my car in shape, an drake sure I understand what's going on with it.

Little over 20 bucks for an oil change and a wash on my pick up or suv can't beat that. Want to buy a car all for Rob Stein super guy, knows his stuff and professional!

Quick lube is a joke!!!! No one in line and they tell me a hour and half wait for an oil change. Need to change the name to "lube when we feel like it." no star experience

Well on December 10, 2020 Melanie and I went out to meet up with Rob Stein to look at some 2020 Ford Escapes. He showed Melanie several of them different colors and with different opinions. She found one she liked and as it would be she has her new Escape. We would like to thank Rob for helping Melanie find one and Scott Shier for his help again for doing all the paperwork for us. Nice place friendly staff non pushy sales staff easy to work with everyone there was very friendly only bad thing is apparently they don't inspect their used vehicles very well as i bought one and within 30 minutes of owning it the heat shield started rattling on the exhaust I wasn't sure of course what it was at the time it happened and I called them and told them and they advised me to drive it the 3 hours home and they they would call me back on the next business day Monday and I never got a call back also had to replace a turn signal bulb within the same 30 minute time as it was burnt out.
