Don’t bother putting money down on a car to hold it, THEY JUST SELL THE CAR OUT FRIM UNDER YOU! AND they still have the money put down!!!! Awful place!

Stopped at both locations on the way home to window shop. The salesman act like if you don't already have your wallet open ready to go they don't want to deal with you. The second guy wouldn't even let me wander around the lot to look!

I went to Dan Goben trucks today to purchase a Jeep. I was ready and willing to pay cash for the vehicle but I wanted to see what financing terms they would give me. I filled out an application, including my SSN, and was told they ran it and that it looks good. Before they would tell me the terms they demanded a cash down payment right then and there. I was told this was normal at any dealership however I've been to 3 other dealerships and they had no problem telling me my financing terms. Super late review but I bought my Toyota Corolla 2018 with Dan Goben in GB last year of July 2020 and the sales staff were friendly and helpful. I had one sale staff who was easy going, I can't remember his name but he was patient while my dad did a test drive on the highway with that car.
About a few weeks later after purchasing the car, we noticed the car's tire pressure lights keep going off so we called Dan Goben's place and they had us bring it to another shop that they partnered up with in GB and got the tire fixed right away, that was also covered by Dan Goben's dealership.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Dan Goben in Green Bay. The sales staff was great! However, the vehicle I purchased came with under-rated parts. Within a few days of purchase, I noticed the car wasn't handling great at highway speeds and soon found out that the brand new tires put on by the dealer were under-rated based on the manufacturer recommendation.
