This company is very incompetent and very unprofessional. After they removed the damage dry walls and areas that has very little water damage and ready to move forward to next phase to give their second estimate to my insurance they decided to discontinued their service just because I was concerned of their billing that cost my insurance provider almost 3k and their technician only spent as little as an hour to removed what needs to be removed. I had my water heater start leaking and it went out. I had my home warranty refer me to a company to get a new water heater and they referred me to Dry Tech Restoration. Im a new home owner and didn't know the damage a water heater could cause. Karl showed up and explained to me what his job was showed me his tools and camera that showed some water damage in my garage. He then waited with me while I called my home owners insurance and opened a claim, helped me explain exactly where the damage was, and the next day had the crew come out and drill out the water damage and put blowers in my garage

Stay clear of this company. Their front office are not good honest people. Edgar who is their operation manager is only interested in getting you locked into their repair services then run up a bill with your insurance while leaving you hanging and not finish the work.. If you need work for mitigation and reconstruction, make sure you don't hire this company. I wish i saw the other reviews warning of similar business practices. Be very careful.

I had a leak in my interior ceiling. Air Pro Master referred me to Dry Tech to do the tear out and then the restoration after the leak was repaired. I have extensive crown molding and Edgar at Dry Tech went out of his way to make this restoration meet my expectations. He has access to excellent guys that did the necessary drywall/texture/paint/ finished carpentry. They did a very nice job and were careful to keep the workspace clean. I would definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate referring them to others

I just got another threatening email from Dry Tech.
Payment is not due until 08/17/2019.
My insurance company and I just got the estimate from Dry Tech on 24 July 2019, only after BBB told them to send us the estimate. Dry tech needs to contact Homesite Home Insurance for payment not me.

Rudy, from the mitigation/drying side of this company was super friendly and super helpful. I felt at ease with his presence in the tense situation from our slab leak that pretty much flooded a huge portion of our floors and walls. After our house got flooded from a broken pipe I found them online and called them to see if they can help with our situation... After my call they showed up an hour later all ready to take care of the situation
They packed all our items very well and took caution in moving our furniture and belongings, gave us a great customer service which we were really happy with.

Man I wish I had seen Amanda's review! This is the same thing I'm going through with them! Their not give my insurance company a quote until the see what the insurance is going to give them. They have a little game that their playing and the person caught in the middle is me! They will get to you quickly to secure the job and then leave you waiting for things to get done. I’m glad I chose Dry Tech over whoever my insurance sent out initially. Everything has been great, after a weekend of relaxing I get home to no hot water. I called DryTech after I didn’t really feel like the “vendor” knew what he was even talking about. Drytech found that the burst water heater that split from the back had soaked all the surrounding walls and flooring even on the inside of my house! Edgar has been dealing with my insurance company from the very beginning and clearly these guys know what they’re doing!

These guys @ Dry Tech Las Vegas are really good in what they're doing. I recommend them to anyone who experience home or business flood issues. They handle the whole "Going through the hell process" rapid and fair. For a few hours there I really was loosing it; after they showed up, things changed for better for sure. My water heater had a leak in December, which resulted in some water damage. Rudy initially came to my house and explained the whole process of mitigation and construction. The mitigation process got started that day! I ended up having to call the office NUMEROUS times for a number of different reasons and always found that it was very easy to get ahold of Edward (the workers' boss) and Ashley (an assistant/receptionist) at the office. The company was very easy to work with and very efficient getting this whole project completed.

Company came out and worked on not one but TWO areas in my garage after my waterheater, then my AC unit decided to leak. Very fast response, worked with my insurance company and made the process very smooth.
