Services
DesignLink Architecture & Planning has completed numerous custom home renovations in Scottsdale, Arizona. Our services start with the design phase and we can manage the entire project. We are extremely familiar with the City of Scottsdale building codes and regulations. The funnest part of a home remodel is to explore ideas and to explore your creative ideas and wishes.
The video shows numerous renderings of design concepts, elevation options, and a digital rendering. There are a lot of architects that have compeletly moved to digital rendering but we think hand renderings can still communicate design ideas with a bit more vitality that is lost in the digital renderings.
Over the past 30 years DesignLink Architecture & Planning has completed numerous kitchen remodel projects throughout Scottsdale and the surrounding areas. We are proud of our extensive portfolio and even more proud of the relationships we have built with our clients. Because of the longevity and experience of our firm, we are extremely familiar with the individual requirements of the City of Scottsdale Building Codes and regulations.
Interior design is another service we provide to our clients. We can provide interior design services as part of a residential architectural project, commercial tenant improvement, residential remodel, or stand alone project. We consider ourselves to be extremely attentive to your needs and give our clients a lot of personal attention.

Debbi and Julia are among the most competent and responsive architecture team I have ever worked with. They bring more to the table than a set of well thought out and city approved drawings (which is all you can really ask for) they also bring an eye to design and finishes that you can trust.
