Our 90-year old home had a very inefficient HVAC system when we bought it. Bowman Mechanical Services had the knowledge, expertise and experience to design and install a four zone system that is effective and efficient. A big plus is that we were able to keep nearly all of the existing HVAC components which worked, but were installed as an inefficient and ineffective single zone system. If there was an opportunity to give Bowman more than five stars, I would.

While I do not have a wealth of experience with Bowman as today was their first visit, I can tell you that the gentleman they sent out today to check out our units was outstanding. First impressions are very important, and today the technician made a very good impression and instilled confidence in his company. We had questions about warranties, thermostats, operations, and adding an additional unit. He answered every question and explained options thoroughly, and even gave us a price for the additional unit within minutes.

The scheduler was off the mark and I wound up having to hustle home from work to meet the repair technician, but thankfully he was willing to wait for me to arrive. He had already been working on my outside unit and had eliminated it as the culprit so when I arrived home he pretty much knew what needed to be done and had my heat running in short order.

Bowman did a great job installing our initial geothermal heat pump 27 years ago, so when it showed signs of aging, I didn't hesitate to call them. They just completed a flawless same-day installation of a new & improved heat pump with lots of new features. The team was on time, courteous, professional, communicative and did a nice clean looking installation. I don't know what more I could ask for. Do not hesitate yourself if you need an installation or repair.

I appreciate Bowman Mechanical services so much. I have used them before. Last night I noticed something was wrong with my A/C and all I knew is it was very hot in my house. I called this Bowman this morning and their Technician, Maxwell D. was there before noon- which is Amazing in itself. He explained what the issue was with my system. He replaced a part and was done in approx. 30 minutes. Very professional. I highly, highly recommend them. Great job!

I called this morning about my unit turning on and shutting off as well as it being super hot inside my house. The representative who answered my call was very responsive.(I forgot her name). She listened to my concern an appointment was set up for later today. My technician was Marlon Reyes. Marlon was very responsive and professional. He introduced himself and hit right to working on my unit. He was quick and had my unit up and running in no time. Thanks Marlon Reyes & Bowman Mechanical Services for great service!
