My house furnace was not working properly and with the winter temperatures coming I needed someone FAST! Akram came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and even explained step by step what he needed to do to get it working properly. He had to order one of the parts and said it could take a few days because of the shipping issues that are affecting everyone right now. I was surprised when he called the next day and said he has the part and he can come right away to get my system running. Once he arrived he quickly got my system running and he even identified an additional part that was working but

I worked with the owner, Akram, who was very personable and professional. I could tell he was immensely busy during this hot summer period, but always felt like he was responsive to my calls and texts, and understood where I was coming from when my HVAC broke down. He offers great customer service and I genuinely felt like he made me and my family a high priority in his schedule. He was able to replace my old compressor and change out the coils in my garage, and now everything works great. He comes highly recommended and I would use him again.

Our house air conditioning system was running, but it was not cooling below 77 degrees. I requested a quote from a few different companies on Yelp. Akram was the first to reply on a Saturday morning and offered to come by that day to take a look. Akram showed up on time and was very friendly. We thought it might need a Freon recharge, but Akram checked the system an it was good. He said the condenser outside was very dirty. He was able to clean that and check the filters, (which were ok) and that did the trick. It was a very low cost service and the system is working great.
