Nothing but great things to say about this company. Todd came out on time, provided a reasonable estimate, and checked in with me throughout the entire project--he really went the extra mile to help.
The crew was professional, courteous, and respectful. After the job was done they removed all trash/debris and left the space in better condition than when they arrived. Hope I don't have another HVAC issue, but if I do, Element will be my first call!

Their technician came in and explained step-by-step the process he was going to perform when performing service on the system. During service he identified some problems that needed to be addressed for the unit to keep running properly. He explained what he had found and documented it with photos. He also showed me where the problems were found in the unit. He pointed out and clarified the next steps to take as well as the costs. He made a process that could be very overwhelming into something more simple and less stressful. Thank you Mario for your knowledge and guidance in this process!

STAY AWAY!! Tony Moneymaker is the rudest and most unprofessional salesperson I have ever come across. After 5 minutes of him at my house today to look at replacing my heat pump I had to ask him to leave. Note to owners Tony could use a course in customer service, showing up to the job with at least a 6ft ladder and understand his subject matter before giving false information. For example he tried to tell me today that R410A will be around for many years and is going nowhere. During the conversation I mentioned that the EPA had already scheduled the phasing out of R410A which he said was not true

I have had good experience with them in the past and had exceptional customer service from the technicians today. They were careful with masks and shoe covers and cleaning up after themselves which are all huge for me. In addition, they helped to clean up after previous work. They were informative and helpful.

The ABSOLUTE worst! Call Weather Masters or anyone else you can research off the internet. $89 service fee to come out and then they charge you again to diagnose the problem - Management Team is the worst, unskilled and untrained in customer service management and customer retention. Will NEVER use them again let alone trust anyone from this company back into my home or my attic!

I had a gas leak in my crawl space and was told by the gas company that I would need to hire a plumber to seal it so the gas could be turned back on. I had no idea where to go. I called several places and explained the problem. One came out a

I am surprised they do not have a Yelp site, but I am going to review anyway. They were referred by a friend at church who was blown away by the professionalism and knowledge. I had called a different HVAC company about my heat going out last week and they said I needed to replace my unit (it is older). THe price seemed steep, so sought a second bid. Little did I know I would get much better. It turns out I did not need another bid, because their technician was able to replace a part and get it working again. $375 is a heck of a lot cheaper than the $6500 I was quoted by the bigger company.
