Keith's had good ratings on Google. They accommodated our request for an appointment quickly on a certain day. Colby came early for the inspection, explained everything understandably, gave sensible recommendations , and wrote up the contract. The price was less than expected! The service provided by Chris was outstanding! Aside from being friendly and professional, his expertise was evident. We couldn't be more pleased. So 3 days ago, my husband and I had a beautiful fire in our fireplace. No need to run the heat - but when we went to bed, we turned the heater on. That's as far as it went. And I do NOT do cold. My husband found yall and called - someone was out there that day. I'm no longer freezing to death. Thank you for helping our Christmas be a warmer one. 🎄🎄

Great customer service, pricing, and most importantly, quality work. Had a poorly designed system from new construction that had failed. Instead of a band aid, Keith's took the time to assess and provide a right-sized and properly ducted system. Instantly notice a difference in the system performance. The install team was great, and kept me informed on progress throughout.

I received a quote to replace my 20 year old A/C on a Friday and accepted. The unit was replaced by a 2 man crew on the following Monday and finished by 2PM. The removal and installation was very professional and I recommend to anyone (especially friends) Keith's. Excellent job!! Thank You

Keith’s AC did a great job installing my new HVAC system.. They exceeded all my expectations regarding pricing, administrative office support and installation. The installation crew of Bear, Cody and Drew fulfilled all my nagging requests during installation and did a most professional job. Jo Jo was our first contact and we feel very comfortable with him and his judgement of what needs to be done. Drew and Bear were wonderful. They explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. I am confidant that our system has been installed properly, that this company will back up their work and that we can depend on them to service this equipment

I don't normally give a business or individual an adverse review, but after almost two months of dealing with issues with my air conditioning system I feel compelled to speak out. This whole time Keith's has… deflected their responsibility which cost us additional money by trying to do what Keith's was requesting, which was employing several plumbers to handle something that should have been handled by them. We met with Keith and he refused to assume any responsibility for repairs or damage that we have incurred in the past two months. It wasn't until today, when another company came into

I first used them at a previous home for maintenance. Very professional and prompt service. Later in our next home we had a whole system and all ducts replaced. Got 3 estimates and they beat their competitors by 7k. When faced with the possibility of being without air for a night they went above and beyond to offer a hotel stay or portable unit to ensure we were comfortable. The entire staff from the front end answering the phone to the two working for 2 days doing duct work was always professional, polite and hard working. I just want to thank everyone for making this an above and beyond experience

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you do not know anything about A/C units they take that into account to take advantage. They charged me for parts that were under warranty. When I confronted them they only refunded me $100.00 of the $203.00 part. I called and Keith said "that is fair" I finally got someone to respond after posting on social media and they did refund me the money, but guess what???? I was told I had to change the rating. I refused to change the rating, but did reflect I received a refund. Then....THEY CANCELLED THE CHECK! The money is my refund they rightfully and lawfully

They repaired my a/c that was under warranty. I told them that the parts were under warranty with Rheem, but they gave me some excuse and told me that they called Rheem and this particular part was not. Less than 2 months and the unit breaks again, they come back out and things get "fishy". So I call Rheem about the part and they tell me that… the part was covered in full under my warranty. I call Keith's and they tell me that they will refund the part. I paid $203.00 plus tax for the part. After a lot of calling they finally send me a check for $100.00. When I call to find out why they

Keith is as crooked as it gets. I purchased a house and they used Keith to fix the ac. Prior to purchasing the house the ac worked perfect. Keith comes out to "replace" an air filter set up by the sellers. Once I bought the home and moved in, the ac stopped working. I saw a nice new sticker placed on my ac unit advertising Keith's heating and air. I called a family member over who has been doing ac for 15 years. He took apart my thermostat and said this is your problem. Someone unhooked a wire that basically told my unit when to switch on. I told him Keith was the last one to touch

Keith's is a crook. - Even the general contractor working on my Gulfport house, who suggested him, called Keith and told him to refund what I was charged.
The R-410a had leaked out over time. I pointed out the obvious oily site of the tiny leak. The Keith's technician agreed but wasn't skilled enough to braze the leaking fitting and said other leaks may exist. He said for $300 he will evacuate the system, add stop leak, and fill it with R-410a. I said the fitting obviously needs to be brazed but reluctantly agreed to the stop leak. He charged my credit card $600, double the stated

This company gives exceptional service. I called them yesterday at 6:30am. Someone called me back instantly and came out before 8:30am. They were honest They replaced my unit today. Keith's was out this morning at 8am. I would recommend these guys to anyone. The employees were great. Thanks for a job well done
