We were recommended to use MAYO as our 11 year old unit quit cooling/ heating. They responded quickly and started the process of assessing, testing, and diagnosing the problem. They found two problems, ordered parts keeping us in the loop the whole time. It did take time between the 4 visits to finally get it working and we were very pleased. The coat was about what we expected.

Any time we’ve ever needed service on our air conditioner, we’ve called Mayo’s Air Conditioning. They come when they say they’re going to come and are professional in every way. They had to come this morning, even though they were very busy, they took the time to come. They’re the BEST!!

Mayo's did a fantastic job with our HVAC install! It's an old house, and they worked with all the weird old house issues great, got the job done quickly in less than two days, and cleaned up after themselves great. They filed for us for an energy credit, and we haven't had an electric bill for 4 months! They also offered interest free financing through Wells Fargo, which made the choice super easy! We highly recommend Mayo's!

We had an urgent A/C problem in the attic and were told that we should be able to see a A/C tech next week by our regular A/C co. We were concerned that we may have a major ceiling leak by next week and called Mayo A/C. They offered to come to our home within few hours which they did.
Chris M. was the tech that came the same afternoon and corrected the problem within 30 minutes. He was very knowlegeable & professional and explained some maintenance items that we were not aware of. I will definitely use them in the future for any &all A/C issues or purchases. I seldom take the time to write a review
