I have been at this place for only a few months. I have had nothing but trouble with the staff . The gate codes system is a joke . My code works when It wants . I had to change it twice since I moved in . Last night it wouldn't work . So I tried the original code that never worked and guess what it worked ! So in my attempts I called the office and left a message. I got a call back from the rude employee. And yes I now think both the part time and full time office employees are condescending. They act like their helping you but just being rude . I have family in the self storage industry and

Great place, location and people. We have been part of the Stor All community for over 8 years and would not go anywhere else. Always treated with respect and they are always willing to go the extra mile for anyone. Cold water and popcorn on a hot day, units are clean, stable and secure, love the 24 hour access and I refer everyone I know and looking for storage here.

I've had nothing but good experiences here! The staff is friendly and helpful and when times were tough several years ago they were accommodating and understanding. I still have a storage unit there. I feel safe when accessing the place after hours and during business hours I've always been welcomed by the helpful staff. On one occasion they even helped us sweep when we were moving some things around. Easy access off 395 or Virginia Street. Highly recommend!

Location is good, super secure, fastidiously clean. I also appreciated that there is 24 hour access. Costs and policies were clearly explained and reasonable. Moving supplies for purchase on-site is convenient. All the staff was consistently friendly and attentive. The use of the moving truck was a big help.

Horrible Frustrating service. Pat is the only reasonable person to deal with here. I don't even want to go into the BS I've dealt with, just to say I had a HORRIBLE experience. Even now that I'm out of there my prorated refund check for the month I moved out I don't have 2 months later!! And I call to figure things out and it's continued grief!!! UGGHHH
