There's a 6-day grace period which helped when CA EDD put stop payment on my UI, and things were tight.

Great Guys, Ken & Carlos always good to work with, facility clean, well lit, and easy access, rank them 10 out of 10. By far THE ABSOLUTE best storage facility I have ever used. Extremely well kept, the customer service is beyond measure.
Went into Interstate U-Stor Somersett and spoke with manger Carlos, he guided me into the right answers for the questions I needed, highly recommend this storage unit, they have all the right sizes for RV's and boats also maintenance to keep the facility clean, they also have a dump and wash station.
Start by gathering as many boxes as you think you will need as well as tape, markers, and packing material (e.g., foam shipping noodles, bubble wrap, packing paper or towels). Make up an inventory list of your items and keep it in a safe place (at home or in a safe deposit box) away from the unit. Be sure your boxes are strong enough to hold 25-30 pounds (although we suggest not putting too much in each box).
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours. You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit/debit card monthly.

I utilized Interstate U-Stor when I moved to Reno because I couldn't fit my stuff in the studio. They are friendly, very helpful, and patient. It was very hard finding a storage for my mom at last minute. Everything was expensive for only a month and for a small unit. Until I found this storage online. The guy that helped me on the phone, Fermin was very helpful. He speaks Spanish for my mom so that was a big plus. They have small medium and large units plus other things.. If you tell them what your moving in they can give you the size unit you need. They also give you a rental truck to move your things which is much needed. I can say my mom is happy with this storage unit !

Hands down best option in Reno, I just want to say thank you to interstate for taking care of me nearly three years in a row now and never failing to impress. The place is secure and extremely well kept and managed, it's clean and the pricing is beyond reasonable, they offer any and all amenities from temperature maintained units to covers of all sorts for furniture. It's definitely a customer oriented business as well because they do go above and beyond. I accidentally left my lock key at home during my second trip to unload my unit and they were kind enough the cut the lock for me AFTER

My boyfriend and i have been storing our furniture here after each move from college back home and every time it's been a great experience. The whole place is well secured, it has a gate code and is very well kept and clean. The units are clean and we've had literally no problems. The management is extremely nice and has always accommodated us well! We were able to borrow their moving truck to haul all of our stuff to the storage facility and that was beyond helpful.

My family has had one unit here for years. It's the best self-storage I've ever seen. They have climate controlled units and a great helpful staff. Plus the charges are reasonable and very competitive. They have many security cameras and a handy user password accessible gate. When looking for mini-storage space in Reno, I highly recommend this facility.

Despite their location I felt that my belongings were completely safe here. The units are individually alarmed and their rates for a climate controlled unit beat any other place in town. The staff is very helpful and the facilities are clean and well kept. They also offer use of their moving truck to move in (not out) of a unit.
