I called at 8:25am this morning (a Saturday!). The girl that answered, "Heather, " was very understanding of my "emergency situation." American Plumbing arrived at my house within 20 minutes of my call. He snaked out our bathtub/shower drain and left the tub cleaner than when he arrived. He was polite and efficient.
