Michael has been to our house several times, always on time and tons of knowledge. This last time was to replace a cartridge in a Delta bathroom tub faucet. He details what he is going to do and explains the problem. He even did a few other simple things while he was here that he did not have to do. Trustworthy, dependable, kind. Had another plumber bail on me! This company came right out to help me out. I needed a toilet replaced and upon the install it was clear the piping was not right. He explained in detail and showed me the defects. He made sure I had a clear understanding of issues and resolutions. I will be working on the issue and some other plumbing needs with this company.
