My wife and I live about an hour away and she had gone to Gig Harbor to p/u a test from her doctor. After she thought it'd be nice to take our 1 year old out for a walk at a local park. While getting out of the vehicle and getting things squared away to go play in the park she had set her keys in her trunk and accidentally closed them in there!

I dropped off 2 door locks to my Jeep I needed to be rekeyed to match my ignition key. They told me it would be done in a couple of days. for over 2 weeks I called and they were not done. I had my Jeep painted and needed to put the locks back in and they never even started to do the work on them. I stopped by multiple times and their shop was a mess with lock parts scattered all over the floor and boxes of junk everywhere. I don't know how they operate like this. I finally got mad and went in and got my locks back. I called another locksmith who took care of the locks in 5 minutes. This business

I set up an appointment over the phone to extract a broken key on my Thule Cargo box. The lady was very polite over the phone. I show up at appointed time and the old gentleman gets to it right away. It was such a pain in the butt to take the key out, other places would have given up and just said no but he persevered and eventually got the key out. Price is more than reasonable and I really appreciate his hard work. The least I can do is leave a positive review. Seems like a very gentle and kind hearted gentleman.

Wyatt saved the day today!!
My dog locked the door of my car, trapping herself, my phones and the keys inside. My boyfriend called beacon and Wyatt was onsite (wayyyy down on the peninsula in Home, wa) within 35 minutes. He was kind, effective and very thoughtful.
I hope to never need them again but if I ever find myself looking for a locksmith these would be the people I'd call. No doubt about it.

A really amazing, honest, hard working family business. They duplicated my key perfectly and were very nice throughout the whole process. The man even called me after to inform that he over charged me accidentally by $5 and I could come back to get my refund. But they did such a good job- they can keep that little extra!

I dropped off an ignition to a Honda motorcycle to have a key made. 4 weeks later no key. He hadn't even started on it. He claimed he had to find the right blank for it and was having a hard time. I told him to forget it, took it to another locksmith here in town who was mobile only who agreed to meet me at the Safeway parking lot. This locksmith simply pointed out the code number stamped on the lock, pulled out a blank from one of his parts bins, cut the key and I was done in 5 minutes. Beacon Locksmith is very unorganized and rude when you go to pick your parts up that have not even been looked

What a wonderful experience I had with Beacon locksmith. Upon calling with my door issue I was met with professional and friendly advice. I bought an old pickup a few years ago, and it took a lot of nutsing around to get it to start. The key looked pretty worn, and I wondered if that was the problem. I took it in to these folks, and they REALLY went the extra mile to find the key code to cut a new one. (The old one being so worn, of course, trying to use it as a master would have only produced another key no better than the worn-out

Got quoted a job, the guy came out, told me he had to send my internal box to get keys made for $450 and that it would take 2 days max. Come to find out he charged me for overnight shipping on my part but then when it came down to it he got extended shipping and kept the difference. It's been 4 days nowand when I called and left messages, he never returned my calls, I left 2 messages with his assistant that he got but still didn't return and when I caught him in the morning finally, he screamed at me for expecting him to finish the job and he said I'm not going

I needed to re key my front door, called another company and got some weird message about not taking phone calls from private parties????..., so called Beacon ( it's been about 10 years since I changed locks, so I didn't remember the name of the company that did it then...It turned out to be Beacon!!) It wasn't an emergency, just needed them changed for security reasons, and they made an appointment for the next day....came right on time, VERY reasonable prices, very quick changing of the lock, and the people are very professional and nice!
