Excellent service. I contacted 2 other services but they would not clean my upholstery because of the fabric. South Shore Chem Dry did not hesitate and provided very helpful information on how they were going to clean it and why. They were professional and friendly, and neat as a pin. I'll definitely have them come back again when needed. My furniture looks new !

Dave was absolutely awesome! He just left my house and my carpets and my couch look almost brand new! He helped with my dog's accidents and did an amazing job with that as well. Everything smells so crisp and clean. I am definitely going to set up annual cleanings with them. Excellent service and value for the money. Dave is very professional yet personable. We needed our carpets and couch cleaned after our dog was sprayed by a skunk. Dave responded quickly and was able to fit us in the next day after they had a cancellation. Justin & Brian showed up on time and were very knowledgeable and friendly. They took care of all affected furniture and rugs and immediately after, our house no longer smelt like skunk! The best in the business! Professional, thorough, careful attention to detail and the nicest people to work with. Had our bi-annual cleaning of our couches, club chairs and rugs and all look and smell fabulous. If you have a cleaning emergency (I spilled coffee on my white rug) they will work hard to get someone to you ASAP. They saved my rug! Highly recommend!
