I cannot believe how well these folks can clean a carpet and a couch. I understand the machines are pretty standard amongst these companies but Alec's really does a superior job, they're very professional, and a reasonably priced. I will continue to use them and would absolutely recommend.

The best company ever. Justin came to clean my carpet and he noticed that the carpet was old. He basically told me it's not washable and that I should change it instead. So professional and very caring. Other companies would have taken your money and still not satisfied.

Just used Alec's carpet Cleaning to clean our summer home. Had to wait to the off season and my carpets really needed help. My house watch person sent me pictures of before and after. What an amazing job they did. I am very pleased.

Just had Alec's Carpet at my house. I'm not one that writes reviews but I had to make an exception in this case. The technician that came was not only the nicest, most concerning guy you could imagine, we was so knowledgeable and patient, explaining to me every little detail. Once done, my carpets and upholstery were just like when I bought them. I am thrilled to say the least. Definitely use Alec's Carpet, you'll love them.
