Your service surpassed all of my expectations and I am pleased to say that everything arrived on time as scheduled.
I know it's not the most fun packing, unpacking, taping, un-taping, wrapping and unwrapping but my Driver and Movers did an excellent job of making sure that all our items were safely moved and securely packed. Please pass on my sincere thanks to them.

I had to edit this post, so here goes: From the very first phone call, to their site visit to my home. The women I spoken to were so respectful, friendly, knowledgeable. Whenever I had to call them, they were their, answering all my question. It was smooth sailing with them. The packers, came to the house, it took too long, b/c they were being very unprofessional (flirting). Fast forward to my new destination in TX. The movers (deliverer), kept in contact with me, from the time they left the warehouse to 30 min prior showing up at my new house. I'm retired military (24 yrs.), so I know what moving

Cicero's provided "A+", professional service for our move from NJ to AL. They were very communicative, very flexible and really catered to our needs! Every item we had was tagged for inventory; they disassembled and reassembled pieces of furniture; carefully wrapped bulk items and provided very friendly service! If we ever move again, we wouldn't hesitate to call Cicero's!!!

We are very pleased with the service and professionalism of Ciceros'. We set our appointment with ease and got upfront pricing and terms. The team gave me a call before their arrival and even arrived 15 mins early on the day of the move. They were very friendly and finished an hour before the estimated time! Very impressed! They moved all items down two flights of stairs without complaint and packed everything neatly in storage. The team asked questions to ensure things were being put where I wanted them and I really appreciated that. At the end, the price paid was the exact price quoted! Highly

I was very pleased with Ciceros Moving and Storage. I was a little afraid to have a professional company move my household goods after hearing horror stories of overcharges and movers taking their time while on the clock to charge more. I did NOT have any of those issues with my move. They answered every question and every call with professionalism. I would highly recommend this company. I will hire them again for my next move.

This company moved my household goods from augusta and they were great. I had a lot of stuff and it should have been a multi day pack but they worked with me to move me same day and even worked Into the night to get it moved. Of all the companies I have used, this one is hands down the best. Nothing was broken or scratched, etc... the company was very communicative with me and ensured I was receiving good service from their employees. I hope for my next move I can use them again

I have done multiple moves and furniture installations with Cicero's on the commercial level. They are extremely communicative before, during, and after our projects and cover all details instilling much confidence with a great administrative /office staff. Their installers/ crew are courteous and friendly to both myself and my clients. They work tirelessly to complete the work at hand in a timely manner and meet every request I have ever thrown at them 100% and with a great attitude. The Cicero's crew is wonderful and I would highly recommend them for any job!

Absolutely horrendous drivers/movers. They were a week late delivering, lost a family heirloom table (how do you lose a table??!?), smashed a dining chair, 20+ boxes were crushed and/or punctured (including ones labelled "glass" and "fragile"), and half of my kitchenware is in shards, and snapped in half a protective PVC pipe. On the paperwork they fill out while loading, they marked everything with codes for damage that didn't exist, eg water damage, dents, scratches, etc. to cover themselves if/when they damaged it.
