Working with contractors is always a nightmare, and this experience was no exception. Amateurish, incompetent and extremely unprofessional. Most of the workers are of Hispanic origin and don't speak English very well so forget trying to communicate with them. Management is slow and ineffectual especially Pedro who has no concept of customer service and is EXTREMELY rude. They placed solar panels on the roof of our apartment building. We gave them the keys to five laundry rooms and the lost all five! We never got our keys back. But the worst part is they caused the ceiling to collapse in several
