We had an estimate performed for our roof from Ipsun. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They not only gave us a detailed proposal for installing solar panels, but were frank and honest about obstacles such as tree shade and the need for roof replacement first. We recommend them highly!

Got solar panels, car charger, and "heavy-up" panel upgrade. Love my set-up. Have a great car charger that takes advantage of my car's ability to pull 48amps when I need to charge the car quickly or when I have a guest that needs to use my charger. When I have the opportunity to top-up the charge in my car and charge more slowly, I am able charge during the day time and use the app that Ipsun provides to match the car charge rate with the solar production of my panels, charging my car with clean solar energy. Ladies and gentlemen - when it came to resolving issues with our project, it took weeks to get a response from Ipsun. But bring these issues into the public sphere, and they'll respond in a fraction of the time. Shameful. (Although not as shameful of having the owner's wife write a 5* review, as happened below...or having employees, relatives, and "social media contractors" writing similarly inflated reviews on other forums in clear violation of their policies. Certainly explains the disconnect in reviews vs. reality mentioned earlier!)

I worked with Ipsun Solar for my solar panels for my home. My solar panels system in Arlington, VA was just turned on. I'm really happy with the experience I had working with Ipsun Solar. I now have solar panels on part of roof (1 side and back of the roof), and it will be making a major impact on my electric bill. Also, there is no real cost, since Ipsun just replaces my Dominion bill, which is little cheaper per month. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Ipsun Power! Everyone we worked with was thoroughly professional. They did a great job of explaining each step in the process, from the initial evaluation and proposal, through the installation, all the way to flipping the switch. The actual installation was smooth and speedy, and the installers cleaned up after themselves so well that you couldn't even tell they had been there. They sent us copies of all forms we would need to apply for the solar tax credit. The panels are working beautifully and already earning their keep! We would definitely use

They did a survey of our property and made suggestions, each suggestion was backed with metrics to help us understand the impact of the system size that we were considering. They were VERY responsive in answering any questions that we had and when we needed time to think, they backed off and didn't pressure us.
The workers were very professional, clean and quick. My dog Peanut absolutely loved them which was actually cute as they would pet her over the gate each time they passed.

I first became aware of Ipsun when my Enphase Envoy suddenly quit on me and they happened to be the closest Enphase provider in my area (Washington DC Metro). They responded with lightening speed to send me a replacement and followed up to be sure I was able to install it with no problems.
At the end of December we had part of our roof torn off in a wind storm and had to have it quickly replaced. Ipsun to the rescue to have our existing system moved off the roof so that repairs could be done.
So impressed with their work and feeling like a VIP client, I looked to them to expand on my system

The most important thing to me about a business is customer service. I have all positive things to say about the customer support I received from IPSun Power. It went very well. Ipsun Power was very professional to explain how solar works and what our financial benefits will be. They were efficient during the installation and cleaned up after themselves, leaving things looking great. I was very pleased. We now have a 3kW system on our townhouse with a Siemens EV (electric vehicle) charger and a Home monitoring system that measures real-time energy consumption and energy production
