Do not bother calling C H I
Rob Montanus and John Letter(sp?) were completely unprofessional. They did not return calls. When John admitted the paperwork got lost.... they still did not come out to fix the problem.
weeks went my and my house sustained further damage(I had to Pay for)....Very frustrating
Rob and John, do not burn customers like this. If you are too busy. Tell me so I could have got someone else.

Contracted CHI when I moved (Spring) to clean my gutters, install gutter guards, and reattached a loose gutter that was leaning and allowing water to overflow. I was not home during their completion of my proposal. Right after the Fall when leaves fell onto the roof from nearby trees, all of my gutters were clogged again and the loose gutter was never reattached, causing issues (water running directly off of multiple sides of my house near the foundation and into my basement).

My dads roof starting leaking after a bad storm. I called C.H.I and they came out right away and stopped the leak and order the exact color shingles that matched the garage! My dads 85 and retired from building house's, so he knew what and how they were doing the job, He said it was a perfect job!! John took care of the whole job from working with the insurance to the finished job. Call them first, you will be happy you did!!

From start to finish our experience was outstanding. Cardinal Home Improvement also known as C H I Roofing has excellent reviews, which I cross referenced on multiple sites. From first point of contact with sales rep Aaron Powers moving forward with project, they met and exceeded the reviews. The communication remained fluid through the process and including after the installation. The on site foreman Ricky Evans was courteous, friendly, and kind not only to me but my pets and his staff. This company does NOT use sub contractors and the men on my job cared about their work. I can only assume
