Sand and Swil replaced our tile surround and it looks so beautiful! We had a tile surround originally and when we tore it out, there was mold and mildew all over the sheetrock.
They came in and did an amazing job with the install, they were respectful of our home and the finishes product looks fa tastic! Corey was our installer and Brittanie and Rebecca in the office were so great helping us choose the perfect color for our bathroom.
Overall we are 100% happy with our surround and the experience we had with Sand and Swirl!

The quality of the work and product are excellent. Communication was terrible. I got ghosted several times. They simply did not show and did not call. I understand all the installers are overwhelmed, but when I left a message after the most recent ghosting they did not call my back and my contractor hunted them down for me. The original install was last Thursday, but a piece was broken and they had to repour to finish. They said they were repouring that day and would finish Firday morning. No show, no call, so I called and the person who answered said they poured too late in the day and it wasn

We had Corey come out to take our shower surround down, which they had installed years ago, so we could replace our tub. He came out promptly and took it down without breaking it. He then made time in his schedule (after I suggested I would do it myself) to come out and put it back up. It looks better than before, if that is even possible!

Only 1 star because I cant do 0. I would not ever use this company for anything! Very unprofessional, I selected 3shower surrounds for a cabin I'm building in July of 2020. These were supposed to be installed at the end of September. They never gave us any indication of any problem until they sent a text message on September 23 saying they could not do our job. No call, a text! Now we will be delayed for months while we try to find a real company to do the job. I would highly caution anyone from using this company. Michael Fosmark.
