I sent a request for quote via their website. After 2-3 weeks I hadn't heard anything so I called during office hours. They found my RFQ immediately. They told me they're focusing on other types of projects, not the project type I'm in need of.
I can appreciate and understand that. I gave them one star because they didn't have the simple courtesy to take 2-3 minutes to reply to my email or call me to decline my request.

As owner of Gordon's CopyPrint in Bountiful, Utah, we had SAC remodel the front and sides of our building. We had new windows, doors, roof, stucco, and rock work completed by them. The result was wonderful! Very happy with the work quality that was performed by SAC Remodeling and would surely use them again!!!!

We hired SAC Remodeling for a fairly big remodel of our basement. We told them what we wanted, and they turned it into a definite plan.The office did a great job of communicating with us throughout the project. The workers were considerate as they worked, cleaned up after themselves, and did a high quality job. They started and finished the project in good time.

I hired Shane to remove an exterior wall and extend out our basement into a great room. I felt confident in his knowledge and expertise during the estimate process, and was reassured when demo started and structural issues were found but he was able to adjust and revise the plans. The craftsmanship was excellent--my built-in and trim around my windows and doors looks amazing. Shane always wanted to make sure I was happy and he had good suggestions. He was also very quick to respond to any questions I had. He was also very flexible with the add on work I wanted.

We have a large wooden deck on the south side of our house that we could not use during the summer because of the heat. You would have to run across the deck to the grass because it was so hot. The heat would also radiate into the house. We tried awnings and table umbrellas but they didn’t work due to their limited coverage. Finally, we decided to have a roof put over the entire deck. We spoke to the people at Burton Lumber who recommend Shane Anderson Construction.
Our deck roof is now finished and WOW!!!! It looks like it was never an afterthought. We are extremely happy with Shane Anderson

SAC is everything you could want in a contractor! We had three bathroom taken down to studs and new flooring put in and it was an amazing experience. You hear horror stories about remodeling but with Shane and his team it was fast and efficient. The best part was the communication. The longest I went without hearing back from them was probably a few hours. I always knew what was going on. Highly recommended!

Shane and his crew just completed an addition and remodel on my South Ogden Home. Couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. The addition looks fantastic, the crew was always on time and very professional. Shane keeps you updated with your project from start to finish. This is the second addition / remodel job we have used Shane Anderson Construction and we will continue to use them in the future and refer them to all of our friends and family that are in need of a great and honest contractor.

From start to finish I had an absolutely flawless remodel of my master bathroom and bedroom. The use of co-construct allowed me to message any concerns or scheduling and I was answered promptly. Shane and his crew were invaluable in taking my ideas and implementing them. They treated my home as if it was their home. Very meticulous with the details which transformed my bathroom beyond my dreams. It is worthy to be in a magazine. Well done!!!!!
