Very courteous professional staff and installers got what we needed and are very satisfied with job well done.

Had them come out once for initial assessment and was told we could do some solar for less to power 1/2 of the house. They returned with their “expert” and got a price well above what we said we could afford, even with whole house. Don’t think the rep has the knowledge to be making the claims he did. We were very disappointed.

We did a lot of research in figuring out if we wanted to go solar and then finding a company to go with. Don't have an experience with this place. I just want to say the man in the commercial REALLLY NEEDS TO BRUSH HIS TEETH PROBABLY EVEN VISIT A DENTIST!!! I couldn't pay any attention to the commercial because all I could focus on is that man's teeth. I'm not trying to be rude. Just think you really should look at your commercial. And get that man to the dentist .... I know I am not the only one who noticed this.... Just think this commercial doesn't benefit your company.... Sorry

We got bids from four highly rated local companies and after review of the proposals and in-person presentation with Steve @ SolarPro decided to go with the system he proposed. The whole process was facilitated by Poulan at every step, went better than I expected, and despite delays by state inspectors and PNM was completed before the end of 2020. Ron and his crew were professional and competent when on site and with all following communications. We would not hesitate to recommend Poulan Solar Pro to anyone interested in solar.
