I have contacted 5 Star and 2 other companies. The job was to restore a 1950 House with Terrazzo floor. The Terrazzo was in bad shape since it was 70 years old....Franck responded right away. His Brother Gilbert came a couple of days later to the house to look at the floor. Franck called me back and gave me an estimate. It was a competitive price for the work they had to do (more than a week of work). Gilbert came back with his other brother to do the job. It looks like it is a family business. Thank you Frank for marvelous floor job, after tile was removed I thought my Terrazzo will not be restored due to the dark stains and holes it had, the filler, stone chips and chemicals helped my floor to look great, very happy, I found you online. You guys are very recommendable.

They submitted a detailed quote and priced for marble countertop restoration, granite countertop restoration, driveway pressure clean and tile clean. They were priced high on all counts but competitive for the marble restoration (not the lowest). I called them to give them the job for the marble restoration. They declined, stating that their quote was for all or nothing. Did not disclose this verbally nor is it written in their quote.

Anthony, Frank and the team are incredible. Second time working with them and both times they outdid themselves. Left my marble floors shiny and look like new. Affordable prices and trustworthy! Highly recommend this company!

Had used them for our condo in SoFi two years ago and was very pleased. We called them and left four messages for them to call, as we need concrete work in our new house.
When they finally returned call, we made a 4 pm appointment for the next day. At 230, someone called to say it would need to be 6 pm. Since I couldn't do 6, I asked them to call me the next morning to reschedule. Needless to say, I didn't hear from them. That is, until roughly 25 hours after our original appointment
The lack of professionalism was surprising and disappointing. The lack of response was disrespectful.

Workers showed up on time as scheduled. Daniel very helpful explaining procedures. Terrazzo floors had not been cleaned in possibly years but turned out so shiny they looked wet! I understand that they restore marble and other types of flooring as well as terrazzo. Would highly recommend this company.

Thank you guys for restoring my bathrooms, shower walls and floors. they were in terrible shape, but now look like brand new. Shiny and re-grouted, like if they were just installed .
